PG: MBA / MS is not necessary, but advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Year-on-Year and quarterly sales targets (Revenue & new client wins).
- End-to-end responsibility for new business development and Account Mining.
- Must have hands on experience and proven successes in:
- Lead Generation
- Pursuits (Creation of Interest, delivering compelling plans & approach towards win)
- Closing
- Account Development / Mining
- Developing long-term, impressive Clientele and multi-year revenue streams
- MUST own-up and deliver impressive year-on-year revenue growth and client additions.
Travel: This role is front-end Business development and would involve frequent travel to USA and Canada to meet and develop clients / accounts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should have hands-on experience in selling Digital, Embedded / IoT & Software Development services in international market for the past 3 to 8 years or more. Preferably for USA.
- Ability and experience to get connected at senior management levels of Client Organizations (CEO, CTO, CIO, VP & Director levels).
- Must have good IT / Digital market understanding and connects: Ability to get started quickly with possible quick wins (USA/UK).
- Ability to win mid-sized and larger clients in US Market.
- Maturity, clarity, and experience required with senior connects in organizations from USA & Canada , UK
- Ability and experience of having impressive pitching and positioning at CXO / VP level
- Ability and experience of having impressive account mining and revenue growth
- Should be capable of achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target.
- Experience in Embedded - IoT / Digital Services organization in USA/UK is a MUST.
- Must have sound knowledge in Digital Technologies / Embedded & IoT solutions.
- Must achieved impressive revenue / Client wins in past 5 years.
- Must be a constant learner: Be ready to learn latest technologies and adopt to more effective Client Win, Deal Making and Account Mining approaches.
- Strong Communication and presentation skills.
- Must be highly Agile, Resourceful and have high Passion for Success (fire in belly!).
- Must have high level of energy and Enthusiasm.
