Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for safeguarding the functions of power management, performance and/or personalization in the infotainment area
• You carry out function tests, such as start-up scenarios, voltage tests (over/ undervoltage tests), temperature tests (climate chamber), performance tests and function tests in the overall network
• In the area of test specification creation and maintenance (Azure DevOps, DOORS) you are responsible for the expansion and maintenance of the test case catalogue
• Your tasks will also include the creation of error tickets and error tracking in the VW Group tool
• You are responsible for the evaluation and subsequent evaluation of automated test cases and actively help to improve test automation with our experienced developers

We are looking for someone like you:

• You have completed a technical degree (electrical engineering or information technology) or a comparable training or qualification as a technician
• You have initial experience with automotive bus systems such as CAN, Ethernet, MOST or serial (RS232)
• You also have an understanding of test benches and networking issues
• Ideally, you can demonstrate basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, C#).
• You have a high affinity for software and hardware topics and are used to handling measurement technology (current and voltage).
• You have very good analytical skills
• Your strengths include your independent and quality-conscious way of working as well as your ability to work in a team.
