Job Description:

· Responsible for handling end to end process of recruitment.

· Develop and update job descriptions and specifications

· Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals and professional networks

· Manage outbound facing engagement including LinkedIn, job boards.

· Interviewing applicants Screen via calls

· Maintain candidate databases

· Monitor and apply best HR recruiting practices

Requirements:

· Any Bachelor’s degree

. Exp:1-2 years( Immediate Joiners)

· Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills

· Ability to multitask.
