JD for project manager

- Must have strong background working with various domains like with IoT technologies in industrial automation, smart lighting, automotive, sensors, embedded systems.

- Must have at least 10 years of development experience in embedded systems, IoT projects which enables to give guidance to the project team when required.

- Must have experience interacting with various domestic and international customers during the project delivery.

- Must be able to create the proposal upon customer RFQ/RFP.

- Must be able to create solution architecture, effort & estimation, submit proposal, track, and manage project deliverables.

- Must have experience working with both fixed bid and time & material scenarios.

- To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting audits. To perform Value creation and Knowledge databases.

- Co-ordination with Software and Hardware Engineering for project requirements and attending customer calls.

- Managing partners in delivering the projects.

- Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer.

- To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.

- To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.

- Manage diverse requirements, negotiate, and effectively articulate rationale and vision behind technical decisions that support the business.

- Research, analyze and recommend solutions which meet business and technology needs.

- Partner with DevOps teams to operationalize the product deliveries.

- Manage budgets, calculate profitability, cost management and handle change.

Minimum requirements:

- Work Experience level: 10+ years in Industry and related IoT projects experience of 8 years minimum.

- BE in electronics & communication, Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering.

- Strong background working with various domains like with IoT technologies in industrial automation, smart lighting, automotive, sensors, embedded systems.

- A creative problem solver who proactively seeks out system/process improvements in support of his/her customers.

- Ability to successfully deliver end-to-end technology and operations projects, working through the obstacles.

- Plan and manage multiple parallel projects.

- Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies.
