Job Description: 

We're hiring a Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level role for someone who is ambitious and results-oriented and wants to build a career in IT sales. We're looking for someone with a strong interest in sales and a desire to learn about the engineering services industry. 

As a Business Development Executive, you will need to be a good communicator and able to connect with senior management levels of client organizations, including CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, VPs, and Directors. You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the US/Canada regions. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new leads and target potential clients in the US/Canada regions. 
  • Cold outreach to fix meetings over the phone and face-to-face. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, maintain a CRM database, and track progress in the sales pipeline. 
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. 
  • Learn about and understand the services offered by KnoDTec to communicate and sell to potential clients effectively. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and sales techniques to ensure effective pitching and positioning at the CXO/VP level. 

Requirements: 

  • BBA/MBA or a related field and if from Engineering/Science background is a Plus. 
  • Excellent communication skills, highly self-motivated, and a passion for sales. 
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand the KnoDTec service portfolio 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Willingness to take the initiative and generate new business leads proactively. 
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections in Sales calls and meetings.
